Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original registration date and at least 7 days before the start of any class or access to course materials.
To qualify for a refund:
Request must be submitted within 30 days of registration.
No attendance or access to any part of the course (including digital materials).
For online courses, the system must show no activity or course access.
Refunds are not available after the course begins or once materials (digital or physical) have been accessed or shipped.

If a printed textbook or other physical materials were included:
A shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds may be denied if materials have been shipped or used.
🔁 Transfers Instead of Refunds
We understand plans change! You may transfer to a different class date or format at no cost within 1 year of your original registration.
