Florida real estate licenses expire every 2 years on either March 31 or September 30, depending on your license cycle.

📚 Step 2: Complete Your Required Education
Make sure you’ve completed your education before renewing your license:
Sales Associates – First Renewal:
✅ 45-hour Post-Licensing Course
Brokers – First Renewal:
✅ 60-hour Broker Post-Licensing Course
All Renewals After First Cycle:
✅ 14 hours of Continuing Education

💳 Step 3: Renew Your License Online
Once your education is complete and reported to DBPR:
Go to myfloridalicense.com
Click “My Account” and log in (or create an account)
Select your license and choose “Renew License”
Follow the prompts to pay the renewal fee
📌 Important Notes
Your education must be reported to DBPR before you can renew.
(TSRE handles this automatically within 1 business day of course completion.)
You will receive a new expiration date once the renewal is processed.
You can print your renewed license directly from your DBPR account.
