Who itโ€™s for: First-time real estate students

This is the starting point for anyone looking to get their Florida real estate license.

Youโ€™ll learn:

  • Real estate law, math, and practices

  • Contracts and property rights

  • How to pass the Florida licensing exam

Who itโ€™s for: Sales associates renewing their license for the first time

You must complete this course before your first renewal deadline. If not, your license becomes null and void.
