After submitting your fingerprints, you must complete the Florida real estate license application.

This application will be submitted to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

We highly recommend the convenience and tracking of submitting the application online. However, for those who prefer a simplified approach, you will also find a link for the paper application that can be mailed.

How to Submit the Application Online

  1. Open this link: Pre-Licensing Application

  2. At the bottom of the page Select "Apply Using Online Services".

  3. Create an account or log in to an existing myFloridaLicense.com account if you have one.

  4. After an account is created, return to this link: Pre-Licensing Application

  5. At the bottom of the page Select "Apply Using Online Services".

  6. Follow the Prompts to Submit your Details Online

  7. Make Payment to Complete Your Application

  8. Log back into myFloridaLicense.com account to check status and progress.

How to Submit a Printed Application

  1. Open this link: Pre-Licensing Application

  2. At the bottom of the page, Select "Apply Using a Printable Application"

  3. Print the Application

  4. Complete the Application

  5. Mail the Complete Application and Payment to the Address Provided on the Application.
