✅ What Is the 1-Year Retake Guarantee?

If you don’t pass your end-of-course exam, you’re eligible to retake the full course at no additional charge within 1 year of your original registration date.

This guarantee applies to:

  • 📘 Pre-Licensing Courses

  • 🧠 Post-Licensing Courses

📅 How It Works by Course Type

🏁 Pre-Licensing

  • If you don’t pass Exam A, Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) rules require a 30-day waiting period before you can take Exam B.

  • If you don’t pass Exam B, you’re eligible to retake the entire course for free within 1 year of your original registration date.

  • You may need to purchase a new textbook if the course materials have been updated.

📚 Post-Licensing

  • If you don’t pass Exam A, you may retest immediately with Exam B (no waiting period).

  • If you don’t pass Exam B, you may retake the course for free within 1 year.

  • Retake policy applies regardless of course format (in-person, livestream, or on-demand).

💡 Continuing Education (CE)

  • CE students taking a correspondence-style course will be provided with additional exam versions (A, B, C, D, E) as needed.

📖 Retake & Study Support

Before your retake, we recommend reviewing:

You can request access to these materials by contacting our support team.

🔁 How to Schedule Your Retake

  • For in-person or livestream classes, contact our office or your instructor to schedule a new class date.

  • For on-demand students, reach out to our support team to reactivate your course access.

📝 Reminder: All retakes must be within 1 year of your original registration date.
