If you donāt pass your end-of-course exam, youāre eligible to retake the full course at no additional charge within 1 year of your original registration date.

š Pre-Licensing
If you donāt pass Exam A, Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) rules require a 30-day waiting period before you can take Exam B.
If you donāt pass Exam B, youāre eligible to retake the entire course for free within 1 year of your original registration date.
You may need to purchase a new textbook if the course materials have been updated.
š Post-Licensing
If you donāt pass Exam A, you may retest immediately with Exam B (no waiting period).
If you donāt pass Exam B, you may retake the course for free within 1 year.
Retake policy applies regardless of course format (in-person, livestream, or on-demand).
š” Continuing Education (CE)
CE students taking a correspondence-style course will be provided with additional exam versions (A, B, C, D, E) as needed.
